Happy with product but communication is poor

Bought a few items on 12th July and didn't hear anything at all from them after the purchase. Had to contact them myself on 22nd July. They informed me that they had sold out of a few products and would send my package out once they restock. Received items on 11th August. In fairness they were probably busy at SMASH but probably should have contacted affected customers and let them know what was happening or closed their website until after SMASH and reopen after a stocktake of their inventory.
